Gym Info

After purchasing a membership and downloading the Glofox app, simply open the app upon arrival and scan the on-screen barcode at the reception desk to check in.

Yes.

We have a number of lockers on the first floor of the gym where members can store their belongings. Some lockers can be secured with a padlock which members are asked to bring with them.

Please note that Hero's Gym is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property.

Monday - Thursday : 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Friday : 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday : 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Sunday & Bank Holiday Monday's: CLOSED

18 years of age or older.

Please note you may be asked to provide identification for age verification when you arrive at the gym.

Please arrive with appropriate footwear and training attire.

All members are asked to bring a towel and clean down all machines after they use them to ensure a clean and safe environment for all.

Failure to bring a towel or to not clean down machines may mean you are asked to leave the gym.

We have a vending machine were you can purchase bottles of water but we advise all members to bring their own water.

Gym Classes

Classes can be booked via the Glofox app or by asking in the gym to be booked in.

If you have the Gym & Class Monthly Membership you can book into as many classes as you wish free of charge.

Members who are on the Gym Only Monthly Membership can book into any class for an extra charge of €5 per class.

Memberships

We have 3 different membership types:

  1. Gym & Classes Monthly Membership
  2. Gym Only Monthly Membership
  3. Day Pass

You can purchase a membership by:

  1. Coming into the gym and setting up a membership at the reception desk.
  2. You can purchase a membership by going to the "Memberships" tab of this website and clicking the "join now" button.
  3. By downloading the Glofox app and searching Hero's Gym.

All purchases are final, and no refunds will be given. >

There are no contracts with any of our memberships

All our memberships can be stopped any time and there is no cancellation fee.

Please note that the joining fee will apply if you cancel and rejoin.

To cancel any membership please email info@herosgymtslc.com before the 1st of the month or speak to a member of staff within the gym. Please note once a payment has been taken it is non-refundable.

All memberships can be paid using a card or setting up a direct debit. We do not accept cash payments.

All monthly memberships are billed on the 1st of every month and will continue to do so unless cancelled. When you first join you will be charged a pro-rata rate depending on the day of the month you join plus the joining fee if applicable.

Gym Rules

  1. Please be respectful to all other members and staff at all times in the Gym.
  2. Please strip your weights from any bars and machines you are using when finished with your set.
  3. While selfies and pictures are permitted in the gym please keep the overall phone use to an absolute minimum. remember you are here to train, not to scroll through instagram!
  4. Please allow other members to work in with you when using any of the equipment when asked.
  5. Keep your clothes on while on the gym floor!
  6. Any nonsense or behavior that is deemed disruptive, offensive, or abusive will be dealt with by your immediate removal from the gym!

At Hero's Gym we want to create a friendly, helpful and encouraging environment for all our members! We want people to feel like Hero's and any breach to any above rules on a continuing basis will result in your membership being cancelled with no refunds given!
