Hi and welcome to the Hero's Gym website. My name is Luke Masterson and I am the owner and one of the trainers here at Hero's Gym.
Resistance training has been a passion of mine for well over 10 years. It has changed my life in so many ways and Hero's was set up with that in mind, to provide a space for my local community to come and lift weights and feel better about themselves.

Hi there! My name is Ben. I'm a fully qualified Personal Trainer. I'm also fully qualified in group instruction and fitness instruction. I undertook a weight loss/fitness journey of my own, losing over 10 stone; since then, I have developed a passion for fitness and coaching people.
It is my mission to help people achieve their fitness goals through a healthy, structured routine by building good habits; all the while keeping things challenging, but enjoyable. I firmly believe that health is wealth -even in today's busy world, it's never the wrong time to invest in yourself. Hi, I’m William — a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. My fitness journey started at 14, when I was struggling with my weight and confidence. Like many, I felt lost at first — but once I found training, everything began to change. I discovered a passion for fitness that helped me grow stronger both physically and mentally. Now at 27, after years of personal growth, trial and error, and learning what truly works, I’ve made it my mission to help others become their best selves too. I know how it feels to start from scratch, to face setbacks, and to keep going anyway — and that’s exactly the kind of support I offer my clients. I’m here to guide you through a realistic, sustainable, and empowering fitness journey — one that’s built around your goals.
