Hero's classes are a core part of the gym. They are open to everyone no matter if you are a seasoned trainer or have never stepped foot in a gym before.

Each class is unique and includes a wide verity of exercises and equipment.

We are all here to support each other and the members who book into and attend our classes regularly have built a lovely and inviting community that promotes hard work and some fun for good measure.

All classes last for 30 - 45 minutes and we believe this is the "sweet spot" when it comes to getting the most out of people before motivation wears off.
